The City of Bryan (“the City”) and Riverside Wastewater Treatment Plant, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company (“Riverside”) (collectively “the Parties”) , for the consideration and purposes herein expressed, enter into the following Agreement regarding the disconnection and reconnection of water services for certain sanitary sewer customers of Riverside.
