This Master SaaS Agreement (Agreement) is entered into by (1) OpenPlay Limited (company number 07720829), whose registered office is at Surrey Hills Accountancy Ltd, 8 Mead Road, Cranleigh, England, GU6 7BG (OpenPlay or Service Provider) and (2) OpenPlay’s customer receiving its service (as defined below) (Customer), together referred to as the parties and each a party. The Agreement consists of the terms and conditions set forth below and any schedules or attachments referenced in the Agreement shall be duly incorporated.
