This Agreement entered into by the County of Yakima, specifically, Yakima County District Court, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and Council 2, of the Washington State Council of County and City Employees, representing, Local 87of the American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, referred to as the “Union,” has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union, the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences, and the establishment of employment working conditions.
