This Agreement is entered as of November 20, 2023, by and between the County of Champaign, Illinois (“County”), with an address of 1776 E. Washington Street, Urbana, IL 61802 and AMG Illinois ISP, LLC DBA Nextlink Internet (“Nextlink”), with an address of 95 Parker Oaks Lane, Hudson Oaks, TX 76087; collectively “the Parties.”
