THIS INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 27th day of September, 2010, by and among ALLOY STEEL INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and BARRY WOODHOUSE (an “Indemnitee”).
