This First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement dated August 28, 2019 (“Agreement” hereafter) is made as of the day of , 2021, by and between the Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, hereinafter referred to as the “CRA” and Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council, hereinafter referred to as “TCRPC”, each constituting a public agency as defined in Part I of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes.
