The following is an Agreement between the City of Olivette, Missouri, hereinafter referred to as "City" and the independent contractor named below for the purpose of providing a service requiring specific knowledge and/or technical qualifications. The Contractor shall pay the City for all services to be performed by Contractor on the premises hereunder; terms described below.
