THIS RENEWABLE ENERGY CREDIT AGREEMENT (the “REC Contract”) is entered into as of this day of , 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between (“Seller” or “Party A”) and Ameren Illinois Company d/b/a Ameren Illinois (“Buyer” or “Party B”).
