THIS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this [ ] day of April, 2020, by and between Mindex, a New York corporation, having its principal offices located at 250 Alexander Street, Rochester, New York 14607 (“Vendor”), and Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES, having its principal offices located at 900 Watervliet Shaker Road, Albany, NY 12205 (“Customer”), herein collectively referred to as the “Parties” or referred to in a singular sense as a “Party”.
