This Interconnection and Collocation Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated this 5th day of May, 2005, is entered into by and between Comcast Phone of Washington, LLC. d/b/a Comcast Digital Phone, a Delaware Limited Liability Company ( “CLEC”), and United Telephone Company of the Northwest, an Oregon corporation (“Sprint”), to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, and purchase of unbundled network elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
