THIS AGREEMENT is entered into , between the STATE OF ARIZONA, acting by and through its DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, through its Multimodal Planning Division (the “State”) and the Pinal County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (the “Sponsor”), for a grant of State funds for the purpose of aiding in financing a Project of Reconstruct Runway 12‐30 Shoulders and Wind Cone Relocation (the “Project”), for the improvement of the Pinal Airpark (the “Airport”).
