This airport use agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 7th day of May 2025 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Hollister, a California municipal corporation, acting by and through its Airport Director (“City”), and TruWeather Solutions, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Delaware (“User”), located at 2 Tower Place, Albany, NY 12203 (individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
