This Agreement is entered into this day of April, 2016, by and between the Peninsula Clean Energy Authority, a joint powers authority, hereinafter called “PCEA” and Noble America Energy Solutions LLC, hereinafter called “Contractor.” PCEA and Contractor may be referred to hereinafter individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
