This Agreement is made and entered into by and between Ravalli County (the “County”), a self-governing municipality operating pursuant to its Charter and the laws of the State of Montana, located at 215 South 4th Street, Suite A, Hamilton, MT 59840 and the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT), whose address is 2701 Prospect Ave., P.O. Box 201001, Helena, MT 59620-1001, together referred to as the “Parties.”
