THIS MUTUAL CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is entered into as of , 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between Colliers International Florida, LLC (“Colliers”) and _ (“Company”) in order to record the understanding between the parties to maintain the confidentiality of certain proprietary or confidential information owned or possessed by the parties, which may be disclosed during the course of the parties’ evaluation of Palm Beach Shallow Bay Portfolio (See Schedule A) (“Evaluation”). This Agreement does not represent any obligation to proceed with any business transactions between Provider and Recipient.
