This Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Annapolis Wireless LLC, (collectively, “Annapolis Wireless” or the “Company”) will provide subscribers (“Customer”, “you,” or “Subscriber) Annapolis Wireless Internet Service (“Services” or “Service”) and equipment used in connection with the Service at your premises (“Premises”).
