This Supplier Data Privacy and Protection Agreement (“DPP”) and its annexes and any appendices form part of the applicable purchase agreement/order between Micro Focus and Supplier (“Agreement”). Capitalized terms not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. This DPP shall be considered an Exhibit/Schedule under the Agreement and shall be deemed to amend (as applicable) and form part of the Agreement by and between Micro Focus and Supplier.
