This Solar Energy Sublease Agreement ("Sublease") is dated to be effective on , 2023 ("Effective Date") between Swanton MD ANEM #1 Solar, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company ("Sublandlord") and the City of Frederick, Maryland, an incorporated city in the State of Maryland ("Subtenant"). Sublandlord and Subtenant are sometimes individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
