This Limited Liability Company Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between GREEN HORIZON OPPORTUNITY FUND, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”) and its Class A Member, OPPORTUNITY CAPITAL MANAGEMENT TRUST, a trust formed under the laws of the State of Florida, as of the Effective Date, as hereinafter defined.
