HAYS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (hereinafter the “County”) with administrative offices at 111 E. San Antonio, Suite 300, San Marcos, Texas 78666, and WSB, LLC hereinafter “Contractor”), whose primary place of business is located at 1221, S. Mopac Expy #355, Austin, Texas, hereby enter into this Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) effective the day of , 20 (hereinafter “Effective Date”).
