entered into and made effective as of February 20, 2025, by and between the Village of Loch Lloyd, Missouri, a village organized and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri (the “Village”), and S9-Redev, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, or its permitted successors and assigns (the “Company”) (the Village and the Company are each a “Party” or collectively the “Parties”). Capitalized terms not defined elsewhere in this Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.01 hereof.
