This Data Processing Addendum (this “Addendum”) dated as of the date of signature (“Addendum Effective Date”) is incorporated into and forms part of the Access License Agreement (the “Agreement”) between Bracket Labs LLC d/b/a TaskRay (“TaskRay”) and the customer identified in the signature block (“Customer”), (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
