RAJASTHALI ESTATES (a sole proprietorship concern), having its office at 16 Kishanlal Burman Road, Bandhaghat, Salkia, Howrah 711106 represented by its sole proprietor SRI TARANG TODI, son of Sri Kailash Pati Todi, by faith – Hindu, by occupation – Business, by Nationality – Indian, hereinafter called the DEVELOPER / PROMOTER / BUILDER (which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context be deemed to mean and include his heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and / or assigns)
