AND FUNDING OF 38TH AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into the 26th day of February, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and betweenGREEN VALLEY RANCH EAST METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 6, a political subdivision and quasi-municipal corporation of the State of Colorado (the “District”), and AEROTROPOLIS REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY, a political subdivision and body corporate of the State of Colorado formed pursuant to Section 43-4-601, et seq., C.R.S. (“ARTA”). The District and ARTA may be referred to collectively herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
