This Commercial Lease Agreement (“Lease”) is entered into as of July 1, 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Bend, an Oregon Municipal corporation (“Lessor”) with a mailing address at 710 NW Wall Street, Bend, Oregon 97701 and Shepherd’s House Ministries, an Oregon nonprofit corporation with a mailing address at 145 NE Revere Avenue, Bend, Oregon 97701 (“Lessee”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
