This Participating Dealer Agreement (including all addenda attached hereto or executed in connection herewith, this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date indicated by and between Promak Technology, Inc., an Ingram Micro company (“Promark”), a Maryland corporation, located at 10900 Pump House Road, Suite B, Annapolis Junction, MD 20701 and
