THIS CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 1st day of July, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, Maryland, a municipal corporation and a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Maryland (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “City” or “Franchisor”), and Comcast of Maryland, LLC, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “Franchisee”).
