Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Los Angeles, by and through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (“LADWP”), on the one hand, and the City of Burbank (“BWP”), on the other. LADWP and BWP are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
