This Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) is entered into between the Town of Milton, Massachusetts ("Milton") and the city known as the Town of Randolph, Massachusetts ("Randolph") (collectively, the “Parties”) as described further below, with an Effective Date of June 16, 2025. The terms of this Agreement shall govern the award and implementation of the Municipal Energy Manager Grant awarded to Milton and Randolph and issued by National Grid USA Service Company, Inc. (“National Grid”) and Eversource Energy Service Company (“Eversource”). The Municipal Energy Manager Funding Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) to be executed by Randolph, Milton, National Grid, and Eversource is attached here to and incorporated herein.
