This Solar Facility Siting Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of , 2024 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Mecklenburg County, Virginia, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“County”) and 7 Bridges Solar, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Applicant”). The County and Applicant are herein each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
