Privacy Statement – The information collected in this document will remain in a secured cupboard / filing cabinet throughout the duration of the specified child’s attendance at Brayside Community Preschool. At the conclusion of the child’s participation in the program this form will be stored for a further 3 years in locked storage. Any Records relating to a childs illness, accident or trauma will be retained until the child turns 25 years of age.
