THIS DONATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of this day of November, 2020, is between the city of the Village of Minnetonka Beach, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the “City”), and Lauren Livingston, a natural person (the “Donor”). The City and the Donor shall each be referred to herein as a “Party” and shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
