THIS AGREEMENT entered into as of this day of , 2025, by and between the VILLAGE OF LAKE ORION, a Michigan municipal corporation, located at 21 East Church Street, Lake Orion, MI 48362 (herein called the VLO) and NEOGOV located at 2120 Park Pl., Suite 100, El Segundo, CA 90245 (herein called the “Vendor”). The parties hereto agree as follows:
