THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of the last signature date set forth below (“Effective Date”), by and between The State Bar of California (“State Bar”), a public corporation having a principal place of business at 180 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, and Lucas Public Affairs, a California corporation (“Contractor”), having a principal place of business at 1215 K Street, Suite 1010, Sacramento, CA 05814. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions by which Contractor will perform services for the State Bar. The State Bar and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party,” and together as the “Parties.”
