THIS AGREEMENT is effective this 20th day of March, 2024 by and between the Board of Trustees of Waubonsee Community College District No. 516 (the "Board" or the "College"), and Dr. Brian Knetl (the "President" or “Dr. Knetl”). Hereinafter the Board and the President may collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.”
