This Contract, by and between the State of Tennessee, West Tennessee River Basin Authority (“State”) and Contractor Legal Entity Name (“Contractor”), is for the provision of services related to environmental surveys, assessment, monitoring, permitting, and design as required for stream and wetland projects of the West Tennessee River Basin Authority, as further defined in the "SCOPE." State and Contractor may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties” to this Contract.
