Vicentia Avenue, Corona, California 92882 (“City”) and ADT Commercial, LLC, a limited liability company with its principal place of business at 210 West Baywood Ave., Orange California 92865 (“Contractor”). City and Contractor are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Contract.
