2007, is made between The Cato Corporation (“Cato”) and Reynolds C. Faulkner, his heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns (“Faulkner”). (Cato and Faulkner are referred to as “Parties”). This Agreement shall be effective on the date Faulkner and Cato sign, subject to the revocation rights set forth below.
