This User Agreement, including Herbalife’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all the terms and conditions set forth in this screen, is an agreement (the “Agreement”) between Herbalife International of America, Inc., a Nevada corporation, and its affiliates (collectively, “Herbalife,” the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and you ("you" or "your"). The Agreement sets forth the legal terms and conditions governing your use of Herbalife One as it is provided generally from time to time by Herbalife to you through www.herbalife.com or such other web location as may be identified to you from time to time by Herbalife.
