This Contract is entered into by the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services and Scrooge Industries, LLC, with respect to the Property located at 1316 Red Bank Road, Goose Creek, South Carolina. The Property includes approximately 10.33 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Numbers 252-11-07-018 and 252-11-07-020. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of October 25, 2024 and any amendments thereto, by Scrooge Industries, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
