THIS AGREEMENT, entered into between the City of Puyallup, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City" and Central Pierce Fire and Rescue, hereinafter referred to as "CPFR", pursuant to RCW 39.34, the Interlocal Cooperation Act, for the purpose of providing Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) services to CPFR.
