This Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of June 21, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between OptiRTC, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices located at PO Box 170118, Boston, MA 02117 (“Opti”) and City of Edina, a Minnesota municipal corporation, with offices located at 7450 Metro Blvd., Edina, MN 55439 (“Company”). Each of Opti and Company may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
