By executing a Haivision Service Agreement (as defined below) which references these General Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms and Conditions”), You agree to be bound by the Agreement (as defined below), which will govern Your use of the Services and Haivision Technology provided by Haivision Network Video Inc (“Haivision”). If You are executing a Haivision Service Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal non-person entity, You represent that You have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms “You” or “Your” shall refer to such entity. The “Effective Date” refers to the date on which You first execute a Haivision Service Agreement. All Haivision Service Agreements accepted by Haivision, on or after the Effective Date, these Terms and Conditions, and any other terms and conditions set forth in, or incorporated by reference in, these Terms and Conditions or in any Haivision Service Agreements shall be deemed to form one and the same agreeme
