This Agreement, entered into this day of , 2023, by and between the County of Humboldt, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and Fortuna Seventh-day Adventist Church, a California nonprofit religious organization, hereinafter referred to as “FSDAC,” is made upon the following considerations:
