THIS CONTRACT, entered into as of the1st day of July, 2019 by and between Washoe County, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nevada (hereinafter referred to as the "County"), and Incline Village Community Hospital Foundation, a nonprofit corporation having a business address located at 880 Alder Avenue, Incline Village, NV 89451 (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee").
