THIS AGREEMENT FOR CONTRACTED SERVICES (this “Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 1st day of July, 2023, by and between the LITTLE ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT (the "District") and the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas acting for and on behalf of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Department of Pediatrics ("Contractor").
