These T&Cs together with any order accepted by William Blythe Limited (registered number 02628212) (“Seller”) in accordance with Condition 1.2 (“Order”) forms the agreement (“Contract”) between Seller and the person or entity (“Buyer”) purchasing the goods (“Goods”) and, if applicable, any technical services ancillary to the supply of Goods (“Services”).
