This Concession Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) effective the 1st day of January, 2016 is entered into by and between the CITY OF SAN ANGELO, TEXAS, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized representative, hereinafter called “City,” and WAYNE NICKELL D/B/A CONCHO CRUISES, hereinafter called “Concessionaire.”
