ContractData Processing Addendum • July 10th, 2025
This Data Processing Addendum (the “DPA”) forms part of TechTarget Holding Inc.’s General Terms and Conditions and any applicable Service Specific Terms or other mutually negotiated paperwork (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between TechTarget Holdings Inc., and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Company”) and Client (“Client”). Capitalized terms not defined in this DPA shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this DPA and the Agreement, the terms and conditions of this DPA shall take precedence with regard to the subject matter of this DPA. This DPA sets forth the provisions applicable between the parties whether they act as Controllers of Licensed Data and/or to the extent that Company acts as a Processor of Client Personal Data. Company and Client are together referred to herein as the “Parties,” or each may be referred to individually as a “Party.”
