This Agreement is made and entered into this 22nd day of March, 2016, but effective the 1st day of January, 2016, by and between the Board of Commissioners of Vanderburgh County, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”), and Mercy Ambulance of Evansville, Inc. doing business as American Medical Response, an Indiana Corporation with its principal place of business located at 950 East Virginia Street, Evansville, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).
